The International 2019 finished up less than a month ago and soon, a new journey to TI10 will begin as teams get ready for the new Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) season to kick off. Dota 2 esports fans can already mark their calendars as the first two tournaments of the new DPC season have been revealed.
The first tournament of the new DPC season is Dota Summit 11, which will take place in Los Angelas from 7 to 10 November, with a $300,000 prize pool and 660 DPC points up for grabs. The qualifiers for Dota Summit 11 begin in just a few weeks, running from 5 to 10 October 2019.
Then, we have the first Major of the Dota Pro Circuit season, MDL Chengdu Major, and it will take place in China. Specifically, in Chengdu, Sichuan from 16 to 24 November. MDL Chengdu Major will feature a $1,000,000 prize pool and 15,000 DPC points. Interestingly, the qualifiers for the tournament is on the same dates as Dota Summit 11.

There’s a lot more Dota 2 esports to come but this looks like a great start to the Dota Pro Circuit leading up to TI10. Let’s just hope there aren’t any Visa issues with Dota Summit 11.
